List of items to bring to your sleep test
- Nightgown, pajamas or any comfortable, loose sleepwear.
- Your favorite pillow or blanket. We provide bedding including sheets, blankets and pillows, but your pillow or blanket may help you sleep better.
- Toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush or comb. We have a shower, towels, and soap to use in the morning after your test.
- Clothes for the following day.
- All needed medications.
- A book or other reading material
- A snack if you desire. There is a refrigerator and microwave available for your use.
