This is part of the sleeptreatment.com Patient Area. If you do not live in New Mexico but seek additional help for your sleep problems, this section will guide you through the available resources that might benefit you.

This section includes 4 areas:

Patient Consultations, where you learn how Dr. Krakow can collaborate with your physician to provide a consultation service to better treat your sleep problems.

Patient Referrals, where you learn how your physician can refer you to be seen here in New Mexico for an on-site evaluation or to provide you with other support - such as a review of medical records or an appointment by telephone - to better treat your sleep problems.

VIP Services, where you learn about a special treatment option, offered only at our sleep center in New Mexico, which involves a very time intensive program that would not be covered by traditional insurance carriers.

These services are provided through the staff and facilities of Maimonides Sleep Arts & Sciences, located in Albuquerque, NM. The following FAQ will help you understand the special arrangements or services our center offers to out-of-state patients, or additional details about any of the three programs above: Consultations, Referrals or VIP Services.
